The Educational Services Department is dedicated to creating a vibrant classroom experience for all students through the coordination of professional development, curriculum, and technology. Flowing Wells has a long history of recognizing the importance of the skill of the classroom teacher in delivering a meaningful and engaging classroom lesson.
To provide teachers with the professional development support, a multi-year plan has been established that begins before school begins and continues throughout their career. Our curriculum is continually refined and evaluated in light of state assessments, 21st Century Learning skills, and the experiences our students and teachers bring to the classroom. Staff work to establish both long term and short term goals based upon the individual student instructional level. In addition, technology is used as a tool to be integrated throughout the learning experience. Technology does not stand alone, but is part of the overall curricular experience for our students.
The Educational Services Department is committed to utilizing teacher knowledge, student achievement data, and technology resources to create a classroom focusing on student success.
