Program meets all Department of Health Services childcare licensure requirements regarding facility usage, staffing, insurance (as mandated by Chapter 5, Article 3, Reg. R9-5202, State of Arizona Childcare Center regulations), and other mandates applicable to a licensed childcare program. Department of Health Services is located at 400 W. Congress, Suite 100, and their phone number is 520-628-6540.

Fees and Admission

The material fee for Summer Y.E.S. is $25.00 per student. The hourly fee is $4.20 per hour per child with a minimum 1-hour charge. The YES Programs have a non-attendance policy. Your student must attend a minimum of 3 days per week per child. If they do not, you will be charged a $25.00 non-attendance fee per child in addition to any services used. After 2 weeks of non-attendance, your student will be dropped from the program. Please see the YES Parent brochure for Early/Late fees. Children are admitted on a space available basis. For children with special needs, Y.E.S. will determine eligibility and assess costs on a case-by-case basis. As Y.E.S. receives all of its funding through state tuition, Y.E.S. has no monies to subsidize tuition.
